Proprietary platform

AI Agent Governance Platform

AI assistants and autonomous agents are now reading mailboxes, editing code, querying databases and executing commands with the identity of the people who run them. Our proprietary platform gives organisations what they lack: visibility of that activity, control over the actions that matter and evidence for regulators and auditors.

Overview

An agent with access to a repository, a ticketing system or a cloud console inherits the privileges of its user and acts at machine speed. Most organisations cannot say which agents are in use, under which identities, against which systems or what they did last Tuesday. That gap is both a security problem and a compliance problem.

The platform deploys lightweight sensors on the endpoints and environments where AI tools run, intercepts the actions they attempt and applies policy before anything irreversible happens. A central tenant gives security, legal and leadership a single view of AI activity across the organisation.

When to engage us

  • Developers, analysts or executives already use AI assistants and nobody can list what those assistants can do.
  • You are adopting enterprise AI licences and need auditability that the vendor does not provide.
  • An agent has deleted, changed or sent something it should not have.
  • Regulators, auditors or clients ask how AI use is governed in your organisation.
  • You operate under DORA, NIS2, the EU AI Act or sector rules that require control and traceability of automated systems.
Allow. Ask. Deny. Audited.

Every action an agent attempts, judged before it runs.

The platform sits between AI agents and the systems they act on. Each command, file write, network call and data transfer is matched against policy in milliseconds. Safe actions clear silently, sensitive ones wait for a human, dangerous ones never reach the shell, and all of them are recorded.

  • Inline verdicts with no change to the agents your engineers already use.
  • Human approval for installs, production changes, payments and external data transfers.
  • Prompt injection attempts quarantined and surfaced to analysts.

Compatibility

Works with the agents and assistants your teams already use.

Coding agents, IDE assistants and autonomous workflows are governed through the same policy and the same audit trail, on Windows, Linux and macOS, with one lightweight sensor per endpoint.

Capabilities

What the platform does.

01

Complete visibility of agent activity

Inventory of the assistants and agents in use, who operates them, which identities they act under, which systems they touch and how often. Shadow AI becomes visible.

02

Protection against destructive commands

Interception of actions that could delete, overwrite or irreversibly alter data, code, configuration or infrastructure, with blocking or prior approval according to policy.

03

Allowed-action policies per agent

Define what each agent may do, with explicit human approval required for high-impact operations such as production changes, mass deletions, payments or external data transfers.

04

Prompt injection defence

Protection against instructions smuggled into the content an agent processes, such as tickets, documents, web pages and email, which is the most common way agents are turned against their owners.

05

Data boundary controls

Prevent sensitive data from being sent to unauthorised models, services or regions, supporting GDPR, UAE PDPL and client confidentiality obligations.

06

Full audit trail

Complete record of instructions received and actions executed, retained for investigation, dispute resolution and regulatory review.

07

KPIs and risk dashboard

Activity volumes, blocked actions, approvals requested and granted, most active agents and users, and the evolution of AI-related risk over time.

08

Central administration

Multi-tenant management for groups and service providers, policy templates by role and environment, and integration with SIEM and ticketing.

Method

From first deployment to governed AI.

1

Discover

Sensors are deployed to the endpoints and environments where AI tools run. Within days the organisation sees its real AI footprint.

2

Define policy

Allowed actions, approval thresholds and data boundaries are set per agent, role and environment, aligned with your AI policy and regulatory obligations.

3

Enforce

Destructive and out-of-policy actions are blocked or routed for approval. Users keep working; the organisation keeps control.

4

Report and improve

Dashboards and audit trails feed governance committees, auditors and regulators, and policies are refined as usage matures.

Deliverables

What you receive.

Clear, usable outputs for executives, technical teams, insurers and regulators.

  • AI inventory: agents, users, identities and systems in scope.
  • Policy set with allowed actions, approvals and data boundaries.
  • Deployed sensors and a configured central tenant.
  • Blocking and approval workflows integrated with your tooling.
  • KPI dashboard and monthly governance report.
  • Audit trail retention aligned with your legal and regulatory needs.
Questions we are asked

Frequently asked questions.

Does this slow people down?

No. Routine actions proceed normally. Only actions that match destructive or out-of-policy patterns are blocked or paused for approval, and policies are tuned to each role.

Which AI tools are covered?

Desktop and command-line assistants, agentic coding tools, browser-based assistants with connectors and custom agents built on major model providers. Coverage expands as new tools appear.

Where is the data processed?

Deployment model and data location are agreed with each client in line with GDPR, UAE PDPL and contractual requirements, and audit data stays within the agreed boundary.

Can it be delivered as part of a managed service?

Yes. We deploy, configure and monitor the platform for clients as part of our managed detection and advisory services, or hand over a tenant to your team.
